What do you guys think is the best way to do this draft?
1 Round Per Day
Pros: Good steady pace, everyone knows when they pick, so no excuse to miss a pick
Cons: Some people may get slotted in a time that doesn't work for them, not the fastest pace
All at Once
Pros: Knock out the whole draft and be done with it, Fun to do a live draft
Cons: Going to be next to impossible to find a time where all of us will be available
Own Pace:
Pros: Guarantees no one misses a pick
Cons: Way to slow, and probably wouldn't be able to finish the draft by the season.
- 1 Round Per Day
Everyone that was in the PSHL knows how this one works. For those who don't, basically we do 1 round per day. Each GM is given a time slot where they will make their pick. For example, Team 1(Pick 1) makes their pick anywhere from 11AM - 11:30AM. Team 2 makes their pick anywhere from 11:30AM -12PM or right after Team 1 makes their pick if Team 1 picks early.
If you happen to miss your pick, and you didn't give me or another GM you trust a list of players to draft in your position, then you will be skipped for that round. At the end of the day, those GMs that missed their picks can make their pick. - All at once
We all agree on a time to meet here on the boards and complete the draft or as much of it as we can in one sitting. (Would probably use a Chat Room to do it) - Pick at our own pace
Each GM has unlimited time to make their pick. Once a GM makes their pick, they PM the next GM to make their pick. - Combination of the 3
This way we could maybe start off at our own pace, and if we're all available, knock out a few rounds at once, then later on, do 1 Round per day.
