Since no trades have been processed, I am going to implement a new trade review process which I think will be more fair. (I don't think I can handle the pressure of being in charge of saying if your trades are fair or not ) So I'm going to do something similar to what we did in the PSHL at first for those in that league. I will implement a random rotating trade committee for every trade. This will consist of 5 GMs (I will always be included in the committee unless I am involved in the trade). You just need a majority (3 out of 5 votes) for the trade to pass.

However, there will also be a first barrier that passes through me. But this will only consist of situations of obvious collusion and trades that make a team go over the salary cap.
Ex. Sidney Crosby for a 5th Rounder
Ex. Team 1 has $1mil in cap space, and trades for Parise, while only giving up $2mil in salary, which puts them well over the cap

Also...
If a trade gets vetoed, I will give the GM's involved in the trade a chance to explain themselves to the trade committee, if they still want to do the same exact trade, and a revote will be done.
Or the GM's involved can make changes to the original trade and resubmit it.
