I'm completly against the redraft. I'm set on my players and don't want to risk losing them. The other options all seem better to me.

Tough Call, There are some unfair aspects to both decisions. I am in favor of not re-drafting if the two new GMs agree to that when they enter the league. What about offering the new GMs the choice of swapping their already drafted players for any available players? This. There are still plenty of great players available.

What about offering the new GMs the choice of swapping their already drafted players for any available players? If, for example, the new GM decides he didnt want Kovalchuk in the first round and he picked another player, then the next pick which was flyers should get the option of keeping his pick (Toews) or having Kovalchuk since he made the Toews pick with Kovalchuk off the board and keep going down the picks in this manner until we reach the current pick. If flyers wanted Kovalchuk, then Toews would be offered down the board and so on. However, this may take as long as a redraft and may not be worth it. Sorry if thats long and I didnt explain it well.

So what happens if the new GM took Toews. Would Flyers be forced to take Kovalchuk? Or is the new GM only allowed to take players that haven't been drafted yet.

If we're going to go through that might as well do a redraft

I have narrowed it down to 3 options now as to what is going to happen.
1. Re-draft
2. New GMs take over teams, everything stays as is.
3. New GMs take over teams, and are allowed to switch their picks for any available players, then continue the draft. (Mini 2 Round draft between them)

We should wait for the other member to join.

Yeah I definitely like the second option the best but I don't mind the third option either.

My argument for the redraft.... it has only been two rounds. (well 2.5) This (hopefully) will be a long lasting league... Whats a couple rounds amongst friends.

I'm ok with a redraft, although I'll still get my players back.

If were going to do a redraft I think we should start it soon.
